Devdad bin Muhammad adalah amir Sajiyah Azerbaijan untuk periode tahun 901. Ia adalah putra Muhammad al-Afsyin.
Devdad diangkat sebagai emir oleh tentara setelah kematian ayahnya pada tahun 901. Setelah memerintah selama lima bulan, ia digulingkan dari kekuasaan oleh pamannya Yusuf bin Abi'l-Saj dan tembok Maragha dihancurkan.
