Fluorometolon (INN, BAN, JAN), juga dikenal sebagai 6α-metil-9α-fluoro-11β,17α-dihidroksipregna-1,4-diena-3,20-diona, adalah glukokortikoid sintetis yang digunakan dalam pengobatan penyakit mata inflamasi. Ester C17α asetatnya yakni fluorometolon asetat (nama merek Flarex), juga merupakan glukokortikoid dan digunakan untuk indikasi serupa.[2][3][4]
