Harawa (Arab: هراوة Harāwah), adalah sebuah desa di padang pasir di Distrik Sirte di Libya. Pada tahun 2010, desa ini berpenduduk 2.600 jiwa.[1] Desa ini terletak 50 kilometer di sebelah timur kota Sirte. Sebagai bagian dari Perang Saudara Libya, pasukan pemberontak mengklaim pada tanggal 1 September 2011 bahwa desa tersebut telah menyerah dan pada tanggal 3 September pasukan pemberontak telah menduduki Harawa.[2] Namun, laporan-laporan tersebut terbukti salah dan baru pada tanggal 17 September kota tersebut jatuh ke tangan pasukan Dewan Peralihan Nasional.[3]
