Jacques Necker (IPA: [ʒak nɛkɛʁ]; 30 September 1732 – 9 April 1804) adalah seorang bankir asal Jenewa yang menjadi menteri keuangan untuk Louis XVI dan negarawan Prancis. Necker memainkan peran penting dalam sejarah Prancis sebelum dan saat periode pertama Revolusi Prancis.[2]
