Kamillus Elu (lahir 26 November 1967) adalah seorang advokat yang menjabat sebagai Wakil Bupati Timor Tengah Utara masa jabatan 2025–2030. Ia menjabat sejak 20 Februari 2025 setelah dilantik Presiden Prabowo Subianto di Istana Negara, Jakarta.[1] Sebelumnya, ia pernah menjabat sebagai Staf Ahli DPR-RI (2009–2012), Staf Hukum & Pengaduan Masyarakat di Balai Kota DKI Jakarta era Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (2012–2017).
Pada Pilbup Timor Tengah Utara 2024, Kamillus mencalonkan diri sebagai Wakil Bupati Timor Tengah Utara masa jabatan 2025–2030 mendampingi purnawirawan TNI AD, Yosep Falentinus Delasalle Kebo. Pasangan calon ini berhasil unggul dengan meraih 37.841 suara atau 38,56% dari total suara sah.[2]
