Mutnofret (“Mut yang Cantik”), juga disebut Mutneferet & Mutnefert, merupakan seorang ratu selama Dinasti kedelapan belas Mesir. Ia adalah istri kedua Thutmosis I—Ahmose adalah istri utama dan ibunda Thutmosis II.[1]

Berdasarkan gelar-gelarnya Putri Raja dan Saudari Raja, ia kemungkinan besar adalah putri Ahmose I dan saudari Amenhotep I.[2] Kemungkinan ia juga ibunda dari anak-anak Thutmose I, Amenmose, Wadjmose dan Ramose.[3]

Ia digambarkan di kuil Deir el-Bahri yang dibangun oleh cucunya, Thutmosis III; di prasasti yang ditemukan di Ramesseum; di kolosal putranya; dan sebuah patungnya yang didedikasikan oleh Thutmose II ditemukan di kapel Wadjmose.[4] Ini menunjukkan bahwa Mutnofret masih hidup selama masa pemerintahan putranya.[5]
