Pieter Pauwel (Peter Paul) Rubens (28 Juni 1577 – 30 Mei 1640) adalah seorang pelukis. Banyak orang melihatnya sebagai salah satu pelukis Flem dan Eropa paling terkenal pada abad ke-17. Ia melukis dengan gaya Baroque. Banyak lukisannya memiliki sentuhan sensual, beberapa diantaranya dianggap erotis.
