Pengadilan Pidana Internasional untuk Bekas Wilayah Yugoslavia (bahasa Inggris: International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia) adalah sebuah badan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) yang didirikan untuk mengadili para penjahat perang di Yugoslavia. Pengadilan atau tribunal ini berfungsi sebagai sebuah pengadilan ad-hoc yang merdeka dan terletak di Den Haag, Belanda.
Badan ini didirikan oleh Resolusi 827 dari Dewan Keamanan PBB, yang diluncurkan pada tanggal 25 Mei 1993. Badan ini memiliki yurisdiksi mengenai beberapa bentuk kejahatan yang dilakukan di wilayah mantan negara Yugoslavia semenjak 1991: pelanggaran berat Konvensi Jenewa 1949, pelanggaran undang-undang perang, genosida, dan kejahatan terhadap kemanusiaan. Badan ini hanya bisa mengadili orang secara pribadi dan bukan organisasi atau pemerintahan. Hukuman maksimum adalah penjara seumur hidup. Beberapa negara telah menanda-tangani perjanjian dengan PBB mengenai pelaksanaan hukuman ini. Vonis terakhir dijatuhkan pada 15 Maret 2004. Badan ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengakhiri semua sidang pada akhir 2008 dan semua kasus banding pada 2010.
