The San Remo (145 dan 146 Central Park West) adalah sebuah bangunan apartemen kooperasi mewah berlantai 27 di Kota New York, terletak antara 74th dan 75th Street, sekitar 1/10 mil di sebelah utara gedung Dakota (yang terletak antara 72nd dan 73rd). The San Remo digambarkan oleh Glen Justice dari New York Times sebagai "bangunan dua menara menakjubkan dengan pemandangan indah menghadap Central Park."[1] Sebagai koperasi perumahan, dewannya memiliki "reputasi karena standar pendaftaran yang toleran" jika dibandingkan dengan dewan lama yang konservatif di sisi lain Central Park.[2]
Penghuni terdahulu dan sekarang di bangunan ini meliputi para tokoh-tokoh terkenal seperti Stephen Sondheim, Tiger Woods, Steven Spielberg, Donna Karan, Steve Jobs, Demi Moore, Glenn Close, Stanley Donen, Dustin Hoffman, vokalis U2 Bono, Steve Martin, Charles Nolan, Bruce Willis, Eddie Cantor, Elaine May, Robert Stigwood, Marshall Brickman, Jackie Leo, Don Hewitt, Billy Squier dan pewaris perusahaan gas alam Texas Adelaide de Menil beserta serangkaian pebisnis seperti Dodi Al Fayed, Andrew Tobias, Aaron Spelling, Jack Sherwall, Hedy Lamarr. Rita Hayworth menghabiskan tahun-tahun terakhirnya di sana. Pada tahun 2007, penghuni lantai yang sama, Bono dan Billy Squier mempermasalahkan api unggun hingga ke pengadilan.
