Alan Bartlett Shepard Jr., naixito de Derry (Nueva Hampshire, Estaus Unius) o 18 de noviembre de 1923 y muerto lo 21 de chulio de 1998 en Pebble Beach (California, Estaus Unius) estió un astronauta estausunidense que estió lo primer estausunidense en realizar un vuelo enta l'espacio (vuelo suborbital) con o Programa Mercury.[1] Posteriorment caminó sobre a superficie d'a Luna con o Apollo 14 en o marco d'o Programa Apollo.
