Una almada[1][2] (de l'arabe < muhadda) ye una pieza tova en a que se refirma o tozuelo mientres o suenio. L'almada se mete sobre o colchón, en a parti superior d'o leito. O suyo obchectivo ye mantener recta a columna vertebral plenando a concavidat d'o cuello ta relaxar a foyeta.
