Epiro
Epiro ye una rechión d'a peninsula Balcanica que corresponde a un territorio montanyoso que bi ha en a versant occidental d'a cordelera d'o Pindo y una serie de montanyas que pueden plegar a los 2.000 m y que se troban deseparadas por depresions. A badía de Vlorë ye lo suyo cabo septentrional, o golfo d'Arta lo suyo cabo meridional y i ye la principal zona de tierra plana, continada por a marina.
Actualment ye dividida entre Grecia y Albania. A suya población la forman os griegos, os albaneses y os arrumans.
Dimpués d'a Cuatrena Cruzada en Epiro se formó un estau griego succesor de l'Imperio Bizantín dito Despotau d'Epiro u Despotau de l'Arta.
