Olit (Olite en castellano, Erriberri en bascooficialment en a suya forma bilingüe Olite/Erriberri) ye un municipio de Navarra situato a una distancia de 42 km d'a ciudat de Pamplona, a capital de Navarra. Forma parti d'o partiu chudicial de Tafalla y d'a comarca de Tafalla.
A suya población ye de 34.35 habitants(2006), en una superficie de 83,2 km² y una densidat de población de 41,29 hab/km².
O suyo termin municipal muga con Tafalla, San Martín de Unx, Beire, Pitiellas, Murillo el Cuende, Caparroso, Marciella y Falces.
Historia
L'orichen d'Olit estió cuan lo rei visigodo Suintilla fundó a ciudat d'Oligicus en 621 y la tornó a fortificar pa fer frent a los bascons.
