Los boidos o boes (Boidae) son una familia de culiebres constrictoras, ye dicir que maten a les sos preses por constricción, zarrándoles nos sos aniellos. A diferencia de les sos cercanes parientes, les pitonos (Pythonidae), son ovovivípares. A entrambos llaos de la cloaca presenten espolones, que son muertes de les pates posteriores llocomotores.
Ente les boes atopen dalgunes de les especies de culiebres más grandes.
