Kos o Cos (Griegu, Κως; Turcu, İstanköy; Italianu, Coo;) ye una islla de grecia nel Dodecanesu cierra al golfu de Kos. Mide 40 km por 8 km, y ta asitiada a namái 4 quilómetros de la costa turca. La islla tien llanures fértiles xunto a estériles y hermes tierres altes, con una población total 30.947 persones. Tien 3 conceyos, Kos, el centru alministrativu y mayor ciudá, cola metá de la so población (pop. 17,890), Dikaio, ya Irakleides.
