Timothy Robert DeKay (12 de xunu de 1963, Ithaca) ye un actor d'Estaos Xuníos de cine y televisión. La so primer actuación en televisión foi como'l xigante corporativu Larry Deon en seaQuest 2032. Formó parte de les series Party of Five, de 1997 a 1999, Carnivàle, de 2003 hasta 2005 y Tell Me You Love Me, en 2007. Foi tamién estrella convidada en delles series de mayor nivel, tales como Seinfeld, Friends, CSI, My Name Is Earl, NCIS, y Scrubs y dende 2009 interpreta al Axente Peter Burke na serie d'USA Network, White Collar.
Vida privada
DeKay nació n'Ithaca, Nueva York, pero creció y asistió a la escuela en Lansing, un pequeñu suburbiu de Ithaca.
Na escuela primario y secundario, esfrutó tantu de les artes como del atletismu. Yera bien atléticu na escuela y xugaba baloncestu y béisbol. Asistió a Le Moyne College pa estudiar Ciencies Empresariales y Filosofía y xugar béisbol. Dempués de xugar un curtiu tiempu a béisbol, decidió siguir col teatru como actividá extra-curricular a tiempu completu.
Volvió a Le Moyne College en mayu de 2010 como conferenciante invitáu, onde llogró'l grau de Doctor en Lletres Honoris Causa humanes. Asistió a la Universidá de Rutgers, onde recibió una Maestría n'Artes Fines (MFA) y conoció a la so esposa, l'actriz Elisa Taylor.
Anguaño vive en California cola so esposa y los sos dos fíos.
