Bywyd personol

Fe wnaeth Samberg gwrdd a'r cerddores Joana Newsom am y tro cyntaf yn un o'i gyngherddau.[2] Ar ôl bod mewn perthynas am 5 mlynedd, priododd y ddau ar 23 Medi 2013 yn Big Sur, California. Yn Awst 2017, cyhoeddodd y cwpl enedigaeth eu merch.[2]
