Trydydd taith-ofod Rhaglen Apollo i lanio dyn ar y Lleuad oedd Apollo 14. Lawnsiwyd y roced o Cape Canaveral, Fflorida ar 31 Ionawr, 1971. Y criw oedd Alan Shepard, Stuart Roosa, ac Edgar Mitchell. Cyflawnwyd dwy daith ar wyneb y Lleuad gan Shepard a Mitchell. Er y ffaith nad oedd y lunar rover wedi cael ei ddatblygu ar y pryd, defnyddiodd y criw gart i gludo offer gwyddonol ar wyned y lleuad. Yn ystod yr ail daith, tarodd Shepard (a oedd yn golffiwr amatur) beli golff am hwyl.
