Abad a sant oedd Ceitho (fl. 6g). Yn ôl traddodiad roedd yn un o bum mab Cynyr Farfdrwch o Gynwyl Gaio, un o ddisgynyddion Cunedda Wledig. Gyda'i frodyr Gwynno, Gwynoro, Celynin a Gwyn, daeth yn sant; mae enw tref Llanpumsaint yn coffau'r pum sant hyn.[1] Dethlir ei ddydd gŵyl ar 5 Awst.
Mae Ceitho yn nawddsant plwyf Llangeitho, Ceredigion, ac mae'n debyg ei bod wedi sefydlu clas neu gell meudwy yno. Ceir Ffynnon Ceitho ger pentref Llangeitho, sydd i fod yn oer yn yr haf ond yn gynnes yn y gaeaf.[1]
