Urdd o adar yw'r Coliiformes (Cymraeg: y colīod gwarlas). Dyma chwaer grŵp y cytras Eucavitaves, sy'n cynnwys y Cwrol (Leptosomatiformes), trogonau (Trogoniformes), Bucerotiformes, Coraciformes a'r Piciformes. Y teuly yw'r Coliidae.
Mae'r urdd yma'n gyfyngedig, yn ddaearyddol, is-drofannau Affrica a dyma'r unig urdd o adar sy'n gyfyngedig i'r cyfandir hwn. Cynhanes, arferai bod amrywiaeth enfawr o rywogaethau o fewn yr urdd hwn a chredir iddynt o bosibl esblygu yn Ewrop cyn darfod.
Fel arfer mae'n nhw'n ymgasglu at ei gilydd yn grwpiau o tuag ugain a gellir eu canfod mewn coedwigoedd bychan, gyda digon o le rhwng y coed. Maent yn adeiladu nythod siâp cwpannau yng nghanghenau'r coed gyda brigau mân a'i leinio gyda gwair. Mae'r iâr (y fenyw) yn dodwy rhwng 3 a 4 wy ac mae'r cywion yn gadael y nyth yn eitha cyflym.
