Mae Freya Anderson (ganwyd 4 Mawrth 2001) yn nofiwr Seisnig, sy'n adnabyddus yn bennaf fel sbrintiwr dull rhydd. Cafodd hi ei geni ym Mhenbedw.

Mae Anderson wedi cyflawni saith medal aur, a thair medal efydd ym Mhencampwriaethau Ewrop, gan gynnwys 5 aur ac efydd mewn un cyfarfod ym Mhencampwriaethau 2020 yn Budapest. Enillodd dwy fedal efydd yng Ngemau'r Gymanwlad ac efydd mewn Pencampwriaethau y Byd 2019.

Ym Mhencampwriaethau Aquatics y Byd 2019 a gynhaliwyd yn Gwangju, De Korea, enillodd Anderson efydd fel rhan o'r tîm yn y ras gyfnewid medley gymysg 4 × 100 m . [1] Roedd Anderson yn aelod o'r tîm "o ansawdd uchel" i fynd i'r Gemau Olympaidd 2020 a ohiriwyd ym mis Gorffennaf 2021.
