Mae HDMI (acronym sy'n sefyll dros High-Definition Multimedia Interface) yn rhyngwyneb ar gyfer trawsyrru data fideo heb ei gywasgu a data sain sydd wedi ei gywasgu neu beidio o un dyfais i fonitor, daflunydd, teledu neu ddyfais sain.[1] Mae HDMI yn rhyngwyneb digidol sy'n cymryd lle safonau fideo analog.

Mae HDMI yn mynnu safonau EIA/CEA-861 standards, sy'n diffinio fformadau fideo ac elfennau eraill e.e. mathau o donnau electronig, sain linear pulse-code modulation (LPCM), data tonnog (sain) a gweithredu'r extended display identification data (VESA EDID).[2]
