Mae Jessica Rose Phillips (ganwyd Trainor; ganwyd 9 Hydref 1981) yn wleidydd Prydeinig sy'n gwasanaethu fel Aelod Seneddol (AS) Birmingham Yardley ers 2015. Mae hi wedi bod yn Weinidog yr Wrthblaid dros Drais Domestig a Diogelu ar fainc flaen yr Wrthblaid Keir Starmer ers 2020. Mae hi'n aelod o’r Blaid Lafur.

Cafodd Jess Phillips ei geni yn Birmingham, Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr, [1] yn ferch i Stewart Trainor, athro, a Jean Trainor (née Mackay), gweinyddwr GIG a chadeirydd Ymddiriedolaeth Iechyd Meddwl De Birmingham.[2][3] Cafodd ei addysg yn yr Ysgol Camp Hill i Ferched y Brenin Edward VI, ysgol ramadeg leol.[4] [5] Uchelgais ei phlentyndod oedd bod yn Brif Weinidog. [4] Astudiodd hanes economaidd a chymdeithasol a pholisi cymdeithasol ym Mhrifysgol Leeds rhwng 2000 a 2003. Rhwng 2011 a 2013, astudiodd am ddiploma ôl-raddedig mewn rheolaeth sector cyhoeddus ym Mhrifysgol Birmingham.
