Chwaraewr Rygbi'r Undeb o Gymru yw Jonathan Thomas (ganed 27 Rhagfyr 1982). Arferai chwarae i'r Gweilch fel blaenasgellwr, ac mae wedi cynrychioli Cymru nifer o weithiau.

Ganed Jonathan Thomas yn nhref Penfro. Bu'n chwarae rygbi i Glwb Rygbi Abertawe cyn trosglwyddo i'r Gweilch pan ddechreuwyd rygbi rhanbarthol yn 2003.

Ar ôl chwarae dros Gymru ar lefel dan-21, enillodd ei gap gyntaf dros Gymru yn erbyn Awstralia yn 2003. Daeth i sylw trwy ei berfformiad yn y gêm yn erbyn y Crysau Duon yng Nghwpan y Byd yr un flwyddyn. Roedd yn rhan allweddol o'r tîm Cymreig a gyflawnodd y Gamp Lawn yn 2008.
