Cymeriad yn yr Hen Destament y ceir ei hanes yn Llyfr Genesis yw Seth (Hebraeg: שֵׁת). Ef oedd trydydd mab Adda ac Efa, a ganed ef wedi i un o'i frodyr hŷn, Cain, ladd y llall, Abel.
Cafodd fab, Enos, pan oedd yn 105 oed (Genesis 5:6), a bu fyw i fod yn 912. Roedd Noa yn ddisgynnydd iddo.
