Sfferau (a Sefirot, /sfɪˈroʊt, ˈsfɪroʊt/, yn Saesneg ac ieithoedd eraill, Hebraeg: סְפִירוֹת, səp̄īrōṯ, lluosog y Roeg Goine: σφαῖρα, yn llythrennol 'sffêr'[1]), sy'n golygu tarddiadau, yw'r 10 priodoledd/tarddiad yn Cabala,[2] lle mae Ein Sof ("gofod anfeidrol") yn datgelu ei hun ac yn creu'r byd ffisegol a'r seder hishtalshelus (disgyniad cadwynog y Pedwar Byd metaffisegol) yn barhaus. Trawslythrennir y term yn Saesneg fel sephirot/sephiroth, a sefira/sephirah yn unigol. Mae'r Gymraeg yn adlewyrchu ynganiad Hebraeg y gair סְפִירוֹת (sfirot) gyda'r terfyniad lluosog 'au.'
Fel datguddiadau o ewyllys y crëwr (רצון rāṣon),[3] ni ddylid deall y sfferau fel deg duw, ond yn hytrach fel deg sianel wahanol lle mae'r un Duw yn datgelu Ei ewyllys. Mewn llenyddiaeth Iddewig ddiweddarach, mae'r deg sffêr yn cyfeirio naill ai at y deg amlygiad o Dduw; y deg pŵer neu gyfadran yr enaid; neu'r deg grym strwythurol natur.[4]
Mae ffurfweddiadau amgen o'r sfferau yn cael eu dehongli gan wahanol ysgolion yn esblygiad hanesyddol Cabala, gyda phob un yn mynegi agweddau ysbrydol gwahanol. Mae'r traddodiad o restru deg sffêr wedi'i nodi yn y Sefer Yetzirah, sy'n dweud, "Deg sffêr o ddim byd, deg ac nid naw, deg ac nid un ar ddeg."[5] Gan fod cyfanswm o 11 sffêr, sydd wedi'u rhestru ar draws y gwahanol gynlluniau, gwelir dau (Keter a Da'at ) fel amlygiadau anymwybodol ac ymwybodol o'r un egwyddor, gan gadw'r 10 categori.[4] Disgrifir y sfferau fel sianeli grym bywyd creadigol dwyfol neu ymwybyddiaeth lle mae'r hanfod dwyfol anhysbys yn cael ei ddatgelu i ddynolryw.
Yn athroniaeth Hasidig, sydd wedi ceisio mewnosod profiad cyfriniaeth Iddewig yn ysbrydoliaeth ddyddiol (devekut), archwilir y bywyd mewnol hwn o'r sfferau, a'r rôl maen nhw'n eu chwarae yng ngwasanaeth dyn i Dduw yn y byd hwn.
