Juliette de La Genière (néeMassenet; 4 August 1927 – 6 June 2022)[1] was a French archaeologist. She worked at the University of Lille, where she founded the archaeology research centre, and the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa.
From 1969 to 1996, she was Maître de conférences, and then professor, at the University of Lille, where she founded the archaeology research centre;[3] she has been professor emerita since 1997. De La Genière was associate professor at the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa from 1983 to 1985 and visiting professor at University of Trento between 1988 and 1989.[3]
