There are many cultural regions that cross borders in Europe, however they are not political entities which is what is covered within this template. I don't understand how the the general template connects to individual templates, but there is a template for "List of political scandals in Europe" (e.g. at the bottom of List_of_political_scandals_in_the_United_Kingdom) that is mostly redlinks. That goes against navbox policy. Is it possible to separate it from this general template? I am adding this template to entries in Category:Science fiction by nationality and stumbled upon Yugoslav science fiction which currently has no place in the template. The template series only includes current entities for pragmatic reasons, extending them back in time expands their scope immensely.
