There are several shogi variants that are not mentioned (alone or at all) :

Very small shogi : bushi shogi (1x2) Gufuu shogi (2x3) nana shogi (3x3) Ito shogi (1x21)

Small shogi : Sho-chan shogi (5x6)

Large shogi : Great Wale Shogi (11x11) Hishigata shogi (19x19) Mujo Tai shogi (25x25)

We already have gufuu, nana, hishigata, and tai/mujo tai.
