The general practice with comics related navboxes is to just list the person or team that created:

  • The initial version of a character - {{Batman}};
  • The primary characters where a code name has been shared - {{Green Lantern}}; or
  • The initial version of a team - {{Justice League}}.

Can we narrow this down here to the writer and artist who first handled "Winter Guard"? Or should that be the "Soviet Super-Soldiers" since this look like a case of "old team, new name"?
