Rural District in Lorestan, Iran
Zalaqi-ye Gharbi Rural District (Persian : دهستان ذلقي غربي ) is in Zalaqi District [ a] of Aligudarz County , Lorestan province, Iran .[ 4] Its capital is the village of Parchel .[ 5]
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 3,252 in 524 households.[ 6] There were 3,013 inhabitants in 574 households at the following census of 2011.[ 7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 2,807 in 624 households. The most populous of its 53 villages was Parchel , with 319 people.[ 2]
After the census, the name of the district was changed to Zalaqi District.[ 3]
