اندوسیالین (انگلیسی: Endosialin) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن ژن «CD248» کُدگذاری میشود.[۵][۶][۷]
این پروتئین عضوی از گروه ۱۶ خانوادهٔ لکتین نوع سی است که در فرایندهای چسبندگی سلول نقش دارد. اندوسیالین در رگزایی جنین، رَحـِم و سلولهای سرطانی نقش دارد.[۸]
