DCHS2 که با نامهای پروتوکادهرین-۲۳ (PCDH23) یا کادهرین-۲۷ (CDH27) هم شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «DCHS2» کُدگذاری میشود.[۳][۴]
این پروتئین در شکلگیری نوک بینی و غضروف آن نقش دارد.[۵]
