GPVI
گلیکوپروتئین ۶ (پلاکت) (انگلیسی: Glycoprotein VI (platelet)) یک گیرندهٔ گلیکوپروتئینی برای کلاژن است که بر روی سطح پلاکتها بیان میشود. این پروتئین در انسان توسط ژن «GPVI» کُدگذاری میگردد.[۵]
این مولکول پروتئینی ۵۸ کیلو دالتون وزن دارد و نقش مهمی در فعالشدن پلاکتها و تجمعشان ایفا میکند.
گلیکوپروتئین ۶ با LYN تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.[۶]
