GRB7
پروتئین شمارهٔ ۷ متصل به گیرندهٔ فاکتور رشد (انگلیسی: Growth factor receptor-bound protein 7) که با نام اختصاری «GRB7» شناخته میشود، پروتئینی است که در انسان توسط ژن «GRB7» کد میشود.[۵][۶] این ژن بر روی بازوی باندِ کروموزوم ۱۷ قرار دارد.
این پروتئین متعلق یه خانوادهٔ کوچک «پروتئینهای تعدیلکننده» است که با برخی ملکولهای پیامده و تیروزین کینازهای گیرندهای واکنش نشان میدهند.
بیشفعالی این ژن با بروز برخی انواع سرطان بیضه، سرطان پستان، سرطان معده و سرطان مری در ارتباط است.
