استروملیسین ۲ (انگلیسی: Stromelysin-2) که با نام «متالوپروتئیناز ۱۰ ماتریکس» (MMP-10) و «ترانسین ۲» هم شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «MMP10» کُدگذاری میشود.[۵][۶]
عملکرد
این آنزیم در تجزیهٔ ماتریکس برونیاختهای طی فرایندهای طبیعی فیزیولوژیک همچون رشد رویان، تولیدمثل و بازآرایی بافتی و همچنین فرایندهای برخی بیماریها نظیر آرتریتها و متاستازهای سرطانی[۷] نقش دارد.
