گیرندهٔ چشایی نوع ۲، عضو ۱۶ (انگلیسی: Taste receptor type 2 member 16) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «TAS2R16» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۵]^[۶]

این ژن و پروتئینش در حس چشایی انسان و به‌ویژه تشخیص مزهٔ تلخ نقش دارند.

تغییر در این ژن با احتمال افزایش وابستگی به الکل (مصرف الکل) در ارتباط است.^[۷]
