Glitnir er salur í norrønu gudalæruni. Um Glitnir stendur at lesa:
Forseti er sonur Baldurs og Nonnu Nepsdóttur. Hann eigur tann salin á himni, ið rópast Glitnir. Allir ið koma til hansara við rættartrætum, fara sættir haðani, og hesin dómstólur er tann besti hjá gudum og monnum. Tikið verður soleiðis til:
