Oniontree

Oniontree er ein føroyskur tónleikabólkur úr Tórshavn, sum spælir punk, rokk og alternativan tónleik. Limirnir eru fýra ungir havnarmenn og argjamenn: Sigmund Jørgensen, sang og guitar, Fríði Tanggaard Bjørgvin, guitar og sang, Jan Mýrá, bass og Magnus Ovason spælir trummur. Oniontree hevur spælt á føroyskum tónleikafestivalum og kring alt landið á spælistøðum o.s.fr. Oniontree hevur eisini spælt í Danmark, m.a. hitaðu teir upp fyri enska bólkin Yashin á The Rock. Eisini hevur bólkurin spælt við føroyska bólkinum The Dreams á Vega í Keypmannahavn.

Finalistar í altjóða tónleikakapping

Oniontree luttók í 2009 á altjóða tónleikakapping, ið nevnist The Best New Song In The World, teir komu heilt til finaluna við sanginum Solitude.[1]

Planet Awards vinnari

Oniontree vann føroysku heiðurslønina Planet Award sum Sosialurin, Rás2 og Portal.fo geva á hvørjum árið um ársskiftið. Oniontree vann heiðurin Ársins nýggi bólkur 2009.
