Queen II — ინგლისური როკ-ჯგუფ Queen-ის მეორე სტუდიური ალბომი, რომელიც გამოვიდა 1974 წელს. პირველ გრამფირფიტაზე თითო მხარეს ეწოდა ’’თეთრი მხარე’’ და ’’შავი მხარე’’. ალბომი ითვლება ნახევრად კონცეფტუალურ ნაშრომად, სადაც დომინირებს ფენტეზის თემა ან ბნელი ლირიკა.
