America First Field, vóór 10 september 2022 bekend als Rio Tinto Stadium, is een voetbalstadion, waarin 20.008 zitplaatsen zijn. Het stadion wordt gebruikt door het voetbalteam uit de stad Sandy. Real Salt Lake dat uitkomt in de Major League Soccer.

Op 12 augustus 2006 werd de eerste paal geslagen. Dit werd gevierd door een aantal spelers van Real Madrid CF te laten overvliegen. Waaronder David Beckham. Op 29 juli 2009 werd de All-Star 2009 wedstrijd gehouden in het stadion. De wedstrijd had Everton FC als tegenstander.

Naamsrechten

Op 28 september 2008 werd bekendgemaakt dat de naamsrechten voor 15 jaar zijn verkocht aan de Rio Tinto Group. Per jaar wordt tussen de 1,5 en 2 miljoen dollar betaald.[1]

Nadat het oorspronkelijke sponsorcontract afliep, tekende Real Salt Lake in september 2022 een nieuw contract met America First Credit Union. De nieuwe naam van America First Field is op 10 september 2022 ingegaan.[2]

CONCACAF Gold Cup 2013

Tijdens de CONCACAF Gold Cup van 2013 was dit stadion een van de stadions zijn waar voetbalwedstrijden werden gespeeld.[3] In dit stadion werden twee groepswedstrijden (groep C) gespeeld.
