Arnside is een civil parish in het bestuurlijke gebied South Lakeland, in het Engelse graafschap Cumbria met 2301 inwoners (2001).
Arnside ligt aan het estuarium van de rivier Kent in de noordoosthoek van Morecambe Bay binnen Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
De plaats ligt aan de spoorlijn van Lancaster naar West Cumbria, die de Kent passeert via het Arnside viaduct. Tot in de 19e eeuw had de plaats ook een haven. Door de bouw van het viaduct verzandde echter het estuarium.
Het oudste gebouw van de parish is Arnside Tower, een Peel tower die gebouwd is in de 14e/15e eeuw als een vluchtplaats voor aanvallen van Schotten en Border Reivers.
Arnside is bekend om de Arnside bore, een snel opkomende vloed in de vorm van een vloedgolf, een relatief zeldzaam natuurverschijnsel. De vloedgolf wordt aangekondigd met een sirene.

Spoorwegen
Arnside heeft een station, Station Arnside, aan de Furness Line die een verbinding geeft naar Barrow-in-Furness, Ulverston, Grange-over-Sands, Carnforth en Lancaster.
De spoorlijn werd geopend in 1857 door Ulverston and Lancaster Railway, die werd overgenomen op 26 mei 1862 door Furness Railway.
