Backlash 2002 was een pay-per-viewevenement in het professioneel worstelen dat georganiseerd werd door World Wrestling Federation (WWF). Dit evenement was de vierde editie van Backlash en vond plaats in de Kemper Arena in Kansas City (Missouri) op 21 april 2002.
De belangrijkste gebeurtenis was een match voor de Undisputed WWF Championship tussen de kampioen Triple H en Hulk Hogan. Hulk Hogan won de match en werd zo Undisputed WWF Champion.
