Beding
Een beding is een bepaling in een overeenkomst, in de overeenkomst zelf, of in algemene c.q. bijzondere voorwaarden waarnaar wordt verwezen.
De essentialia van een overeenkomst, zoals de koopsom, de huurprijs, de erfpachtcanon worden geen beding genoemd.
