Carham is een civil parish in het bestuurlijke gebied Northumberland, in het Engelse graafschap Northumberland met 346 inwoners. Het plaatsje ligt aan de rivier de Tweed.

In de Slag bij Carham versloeg koning Malcolm II in 1018 het leger van Northumberland, waarna de grens tussen dat graafschap en Schotland de huidige ligging kreeg.
