Collect&Go is een Belgische online boodschappendienst opgericht in 2000 door Colruyt Group. Klanten kunnen bij Collect&Go hun boodschappen online reserveren bij Colruyt en Bio-Planet, en nadien hun bestelling op een zelfgekozen tijdstip afhalen in een van de meer dan 245 afhaalpunten in België en Luxemburg.[1][2]
Geschiedenis
- 2000: Oprichting Collect&Go en opening eerste afhaalpunt in Halle[3]
- 2003: Introductie duurzame en herbruikbare plooibox
- 2010: Opening distributiecentrum Zaventem[4]
- 2011: Lancering e-commerce food app als eerste supermarktketen in België[5]
- 2014: Uitbreiding met een distributiecentrum in Erpe-Mere en opening van het 150ste afhaalpunt in Sint-Katelijne-Waver
- 2015: Verzelfstandiging binnen Colruyt Group en rebranding logo, website en app
- 2020: 20-jarig bestaan van Collect&Go en start aanhuislevering via burenbezorgers in Halle[3]
- 2021: Opening e-commerce distributiecentrum in Londerzeel en lancering Drivers-app als uitbreiding op burenbezorgers.[6]
- 2022: Introductie van het “walk-in” afhaalconcept in Brussel (Elsene en Sint-Gillis), bedoeld voor stadsbewoners die te voet of per fiets hun online bestelde boodschappen willen afhalen. Start levering aan huis door eigen medewerkers, naast de Drivers-dienst[7]
- 2024: Lancering same-day delivery via gekoelde lockers[8]
