DESTO is een Nederlandse sportvereniging uit Vleuten, gemeente Utrecht en opgericht in 1928. DESTO is een omnisportvereniging met afdelingen voor voetbal, tennis en recent ook padel. Op 29 maart 2025 zijn de padelbanen officieel geopend. Het eerste (heren) voetbalelftal van de club speelt in de derde klasse zaterdag (seizoen 2024/25)
DESTO heeft 6 voetbalvelden, waarvan 4 kunstgrasvelden, 4 tennisbanen en 4 padelbanen.
De club speelt op Sportpark De Vryheit aan de rand van Vleuten.
