Hugo Barrette (Cap-aux-Meules[1], 4 juli 1991) is een Canadees voormalig baanwielrenner die in 2016 en 2021 deelnam aan de Olympische Zomerspelen en zeven medailles won op de Pan-Amerikaanse kampioenschappen baanwielrennen waarvan drie gouden en vier zilveren.[2][3]
