Felix Jeffrey (Jeff) Farrell (Detroit, 28 februari 1937) is een Amerikaans zwemmer.

Biografie

Farrell nam zes dagen na een appendectomie deel aan de Amerikaanse olympische trials van 1960 en eindigde als vierde op de 100 meter, per land mochten maximaal twee zwemmers deelnemen. Farrell sloeg het aanbod voor een swim-of af. Hij plaatste zichsel voor de Amerikaanse 4x200m vrije slag ploeg.

Tijdens de Olympische Zomerspelen van 1960 won Farrell de gouden medaille op de 4x200 meter vrije slag estafette en de 4x100m wisselslag in een wereldrecord. Op de 4x100m wisselslag zwom hij de vrije slag.
