Lastours is een gemeente in het Franse departement Aude (regio Occitanie). Lastours telde op 1 januari 2023 144[1] inwoners. De plaats maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Carcassonne.
Geografie
De oppervlakte van Lastours bedroeg op 1 januari 2023 2,8 vierkante kilometer; de bevolkingsdichtheid was toen 51,4 inwoners per km².

Archeologie
In een grot in Lastours werden twee graven uit de bronstijd opgegraven. De princesse au collier ("prinses met de halsketting"), een jonge vrouw, werd tussen 1900 en 1800 jaar geleden begraven met een doorboorde parel in barnsteen, gekleurde glazen parels, een bronzen armband en een mes met bronzen lemmet.[2]
